Shipping Policy - Fish Collection
1. Order Shipping
Our orders are shipped by the carrier DPD.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with all the relevant shipping information, including the delivery estimate and the carrier responsible for the delivery.
2. Important Information for Delivery
It is crucial that you correctly fill in the delivery address. Be sure to include details such as door number, floor, orientation (left, right), and if it is a company or shop, please provide the name.
We also recommend providing a mobile phone contact, as it may be necessary to contact you during the delivery process.
3. Delivery Timeframe
The delivery timeframe may vary depending on the volume of orders we have to process, as well as the availability of sizes and colors in stock. In case of stock shortages, the shipping may take between 7 to 15 business days. If this occurs, we will contact you with an update.
4. Shipping Costs and Times
- Shipping within Portuga — Up to 5 business days — €4.99
- International Shipping — Up to 15 business days — €9.99
FREE SHIPPING for orders over €60 within Portugal.
5. Dependency on Carriers
Since we depend on other entities, namely the carriers, we cannot fully control the delivery times. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, but unforeseen events beyond our control may occur.
6. Customized Orders
In the case of a customized order, the delivery timeframe will only be provided after the order details are confirmed and payment is made.
